Gold luster application class - Tuesday May 21

One-off 3-hour course for applying gold luster.

Tuesday May 21 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The course must have a minimum of 5 registrations to take place. Your pots must not have been used. The firing could cause cracks or stains if your piece has been in contact with food or liquids repeatedly. We are not responsible for broken pieces.

The class will take place outside. You can still get a 3M half-mask respirator with 6006 gas and vapor cartridges.

The gold luster is not included in the course price. I will have bottles on sale at the workshop if needed, but you can get some in advance from Sial with the code OG 801. The bright gold is enough to make lips and small details. If you want large golden surfaces, I recommend fine gold for a better result.

Important

Please note that parking is very limited. We recommend that you come by public transport. Bus 18 (Beaubien), 197 (Rosemont), 131 (L’Assomption).

Missed classes cannot be retaken. It is your responsibility to be present for classes.

No refunds will be made, unless we cancel the session.

Parts can be collected after 1 to 4 weeks.

You must have short nails, tied hair and wear comfortable clothes and shoes that can get dirty.
