Shipping policy

Shipping

Packages are shipped once a week on average. If you need your package by a specific date, contact me to verify the shipping date. 

Canadian orders are sent through Canada Post with a tracking number. 

US orders are sent through Canada Post or USPS with a tracking number.

Shipping services for international orders may vary. Delivery may take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months. Please contact me if you require a tracking number or faster delivery.

Orders may be picked up at my studio, free of charge. Select this option at checkout and contact me to make an appointment. Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Send a text to the phone number on your invoice 1 hour before your arrival.

Each piece is carefully inspected and wrapped prior to packing. If you have an issue with your order, contact me within 7 days of receipt of your package. We may request a photo to determine the best solution.

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of your order. Your piece must not have been used. Return shipping is at your expense.
